[Toilet Tissue Roll Crafts] [Paul Bunyan Index] [Minimal Red Ridinghood]

added by

Kids make this as a Paul Bunyan craft, the woodcutter from Little Red Ridinghood or a general lumberjack.

Paul Bunyan was a huge lumberjack from US folktales (he had beenn’t a genuine person). His best friend ended up being a blue ox called Babe. Collectively they wandered across the American backwoods happily doing superhuman feats.

Picture being an US pioneer working long hours on logging camp – there isn’t any television, no computer systems, no radios – not that much to-do. So, it becomes an enjoyable online game to make up tall stories about Paul Bunyan’s antics and share these with your lumberjack contacts! Based on the tales told through these early settlers, Paul and Babe dug ponds, straightened out rivers and moved mountains – all with a pleasing look and an “ordinary man” attitude.
